You Get What You Expect
Topic: So what is Entrainment?

Basically, entrainment is the conduction of an established energy source to cause some material thing to conform with the nature, and flow of the conducted energy. There are many different types of entrainment. There is brainwave entrainment, and particle entrainment, to name a couple. Every kind of entrainment is directed toward accomplishing one end: to influence physical material substance to conform to a specific configuration, for a specified duration, and for a given purpose. The "purpose" is to cause a biological change in your physical body; whereby you can then abstract, from the material interactions, the experience of change in your personal manner-of-being states. The purpose of the entraining energy, then, is to cause and to witness transitions in the material substance being entrained. What does this mean? It means that we are using our physical bodies to engage in analyzing the results of the whole entrainment process which we ourselves originate by the nature in our thoughts. This indicates that we're in some kind of natural, personal experiment. So the deeper meaning lies in the very nature of the kind of beings we really are.

When you consider the kind of being I actually think we are; it might seem alien to you --- until you give the consideration your fullest attention. If you concentrate your energies deeply upon the nature within you, you'll come to understand the power in your nature, and the nature within your power. You'll have to focus carefully on the continuously fluctuating changes taking place within yourself. When you enable yourself to see, and understand what is actually taking place; you'll find that we are many things. You'll finally realize that, since you are always "editing" your ideas of yourself --- you are always and never the same. And right when you start to see the true nature of things; you'll begin to see that the more we change, the more we remain the same. This is because we (you and I) are  Permanent Standing Entities  participating in, and experimenting with, our immovable but constantly shifting reality. So then, what are we? Well for starters, we are Shapeshifters.
